Transparency in Reporting of Adversarial Contributions to Education Act

Requires K–12 schools and local education agencies to notify parents each year about any curricular, instructional, or professional-development materials and staff compensation that was paid for or obtained with funds from foreign governments or specified foreign entities, and to give parents the right to review and copy those materials. Also requires schools, districts, and relevant State and Federal education agencies to post an annual notice of these parental rights and to share required information on donations, agreements, and financial transactions with such foreign sources.
