Directs the Secretary of Defense to add the names of the 74 crew members of USS Frank E. Evans who were killed on June 3, 1969 to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C. The names must be added within one year after the Act becomes law.
Requires the Secretary of Defense to consult with the Secretary of the Interior, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, and other relevant authorities about where and how to place the names if there are space limits, and exempts these actions from the Commemorative Works Act.
