Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to send Congress an annual, facility-level report showing compensation paid to Department police and specified security and administrative positions. The reports must break out pay by VA facility and by listed GS-series job titles and include base salaries, availability pay, recruitment/retention bonuses, and any other compensation; the first report is due within six months of enactment and then at least annually.
