Amends veteran education law to require schools that cannot produce a fully completed VA-required enrollment form to still give veterans the form plus a clear notice identifying missing or possibly inaccurate items and providing the school’s best available estimates. Also directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to create and keep updated a public website that centralizes information about training the VA offers to school certifying officials.
