Limits how long a veteran can remain in VA vocational rehabilitation without special approval. The bill prevents the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from extending a veteran’s vocational rehabilitation program past 96 months unless the Secretary finds extraordinary circumstances for that veteran and sends a written explanation of the extension and the extraordinary circumstances to the House and Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committees.
