PUBLIC ACCESS TO SUNSCREENS (PASS) COALITION

PUBLIC ACCESS TO SUNSCREENS (PASS) Coalition is an informal group of health and consumer organizations plus sunscreen industry companies based in Washington, DC. It lobbies Congress and the Food and Drug Administration on sunscreen rules, especially sunscreen ingredient approvals and provisions in the reauthorization of the FDA Over-the-Counter Monograph User Fee Act (OMUFA). Their filings show they work on FDA jurisdiction and implementation of OTC drug review reforms for sunscreens.
