TwoMagnets LLC, which does business as Clipboard Health, operates an online marketplace that connects health care workers with employers. Its lobbying filings show it spends money to influence laws and rules about worker classification, labor issues, and antitrust or workplace rules—likely to affect how gig or contract health workers are treated. It hired Converge Public Strategies and has reported $160,000 over five filings through January 8, 2026.
