I'm thinking of Connie Clery, who passed this week at 95.   After losing her daughter Jeanne to campus violence in 1986, Connie turned grief into action, and her advocacy led to the Jeanne Clery Act which changed how colleges approach campus safety. Her legacy can be seen in

The bipartisan ROAD to Housing Act will help build more homes, cut red tape, lower housing costs, and expand homeownership.   It's passed both the House and Senate and the President has the bill to sign.   He should sign it now. No delays.

Eleven years ago, same sex marriage was legalized across the country with the historic Obergefell decision.   Today on Equality Day, we celebrate marriage equality and continue to fight for the passage of the Equality Act!
