A MAJOR victory for women and the Gem State! Idaho was the FIRST to pass a law protecting women’s sports and defend the promise of Title IX. Today, the Supreme Court upheld our law – ensuring our daughters and granddaughters have the fair, level playing field they deserve.

The Supreme Court is due to decide its case on Idaho’s law banning men from women’s sports any day now. This commonsense law ought to be upheld under Title IX. I look forward to the decision and continuing our work to ensure fairness in female athletics.
