FEMA’s Disaster Relief Fund is vital because disasters don’t wait for Congress to get its act together. They can strike anyone at any time. That’s why I introduced the ADULT Act with @RepTroyCarter to ensure DRF funding does not run out just because Washington cannot do its job.
