Democrats say Todd Blanche cannot be Attorney General because he represented President Trump. The Constitution doesn’t require presidents to appoint their political enemies. Duh.

Lindsey was irreplaceable—a small earthquake who could sometimes be utterly and gloriously wrong, but impossible to stay mad at. He left behind an improved world. I’m going to miss him.

I’m thankful for all the brave men and women across the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Marshals Service, and beyond who brought Deputy U.S. Marshal Hanson’s alleged killer behind bars. Now let justice be swift and severe. God bless our law enforcement officers.
