Congress did something recently that it hasn't done in decades: major housing reform. Now, we need acceleration, and not just in housing - cheaper energy, better roads, faster cures, and more. Grateful to talk about it all with @FukuyamaFrancis at the @CNLiberalism Summit!

Good on North Carolina. Not every coffee shop, apartment, or small business needs the same amount of parking. Let communities grow based on demand, not outdated formulas that raise costs and waste land.

Emergencies like this are going to become more and more common as our grid infrastructure ages and new projects stall for years.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is finally law! Such a huge step towards tackling our housing shortage & lowering costs. But this is also about restoring trust in gov’t and proving that we can solve families’ kitchentable concerns - now we have to keep this momentum going!
