Yesterday, Governor DeSantis released a congressional map that violates Florida’s Fair Districts Amendment to give Republicans more seats. If he thought it was right, he’d let the voters decide. It’s illegal — and it should be struck down.
After the loss of 50+ sloths, Sloth World is now shut down and the 13 surviving sloths are safe at the Central Florida Zoo. We worked to hold Sloth World accountable and I’m grateful to the local leaders, advocates, and constituents who reached out to our office and spoke out.

This Tuesday, we were supposed to hold a subcommittee hearing on the Second Amendment. It’s now been postponed to 5/14. Right after two tragic events in Louisiana. Hard to ignore the timing, and even harder to believe that’s a coincidence.
