One year ago today, @POTUS signed my bill, the HALT Fentanyl Act, into law, permanently classifying fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs under the Controlled Substances Act. @RepMGriffith and I worked for five years to get this bipartisan legislation across the finish
