Californians are facing the highest health premium jump in 16 years. Republicans decided that we didn’t have enough money to support ACA tax credits to lower healthcare costs, but we did have enough money for ICE and an illegal war with Iran.
Pausing this new ICE facility outside Gilroy is welcome news, but the fight isn’t over. @RepJimmyPanetta, our Bay Area colleagues, and I remain committed to ensuring that no detention facility gets built and that ICE is reined in and held accountable.
