Reducing Bureaucracy and Burden for Community Services Programs

This NPRM proposes to amend the Block Grants regulations (45 CFR Part 96), the Individual Development Account Reserve Funds Established Pursuant to Grants for Assets for Independence regulations (45 CFR Part 1000), and the Emergency Community Services Homeless Grant Program regulations (45 CFR Part 1080) to eliminate unnecessary or obsolete regulations.
