Revisions of Regulations for Grazing Administration, Exclusive of Alaska

The BLM is proposing to revise the regulations that appear at 43 CFR part 4100, Grazing Administration, Exclusive of Alaska, and to promulgate a new part 1700, relocated in part from existing subpart 4180, to address management for land health. We solicit comment on all aspects of this rule.
