Conformity With the Inflation Reduction Act for Renewable Energy on the Outer Continental Shelf

The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Pub. L. 117-169, amended the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) to extend the act's coverage to federal offshore waters within the exclusive economic zone of all U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
