2024 Adjustment of Service Fees for Outer Continental Shelf Activities

The Department of the Interior (the Department or DOI), acting through the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), is amending its regulations related to service fees. This final rule revises the service fees provided to BOEM for processing documents related to oil and gas activities on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) to adjust for inflation.
