Agency Information Collection Activities; Oil Spill Financial Responsibility for Offshore Facilities

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is in the process of renewing the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) control number 1010-0106, which expires on February 28, 2027. This control number authorizes information collections under the Paperwork Reduction Act for information collection requirements related to 30 CFR Part 553, “Oil Spill Financial Responsibility for Offshore Facilities.”
