Ordering Schedule I and II Controlled Substances Using DEA Form 222; Technical Amendments (DEA1005)

DEA is correcting regulations regarding the execution of a POA for DEA Form 222. The corrected regulations will resolve conflicting language by conforming all details of the rule to the intent of the current regulation which requires that a POA to order controlled substances to be signed by an officer of a corporation, corporate division, association, trust or other entity. This action makes no substantive changes to the regulations.
