PTE 2026-02: Exemption Involving the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union 627 Training Fund of Oklahoma (the Plan or the Applicant) Located in Oklahoma City, OK(Case No. L-12004)

This exemption permits certain loans from the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union 627 to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union 627 Training Fund (the Plan), so the Plan can purchase heavy machinery to fulfill its mission. Absent an exemption, the loans would violate certain prohibited transaction provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
