Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finding that several states failed to submit State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions in a timely manner, as required by the Clean Air Act, in response to the 2015 findings of substantial inadequacy for SIP provisions applying to excess emissions during SSM periods for 36 states (applicable in 45 statewide and local jurisdictions).
