Description
A petition was received by the EPA to delist 2-Butoxyethyl Benzoate (2-BEB) from the glycol ethers category in the HAP list in Section 112(b) of the CAA. If this petition is granted, then 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart C will be amended to show that 2-BEB has been delisted as a HAP.
