Prior Notice of Citizen Suits

This rulemaking would amend EPA's regulations on prior notice of citizen suits to provide for electronic service to EPA of Notices of Intent (NOIs) to file a citizen suit under EPA's environmental statutes and would help ensure the Agency receives and processes such NOIs in a timely and efficient manner. Changes to the relevant regulations would direct the public on how to provide EPA prior notice of citizen suits via email.
