Approval of State Coal Combustion Residuals Permit Program for Wyoming

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) section 4005(d) provides that States may, but are not required to, develop and submit a Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) permit (or other system of prior approval) program to EPA for approval. The State of Wyoming is seeking approval of its CCR permit program.
