The National Priorities List (NPL) Deletion Docket for Hastings Ground Water Contamination (Partial Deletion)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 7 is proposing the deletion of the North Landfill Subsite Operable Units (OUs) 02 (groundwater) and 10 (source control) at the Hastings Ground Water Contamination Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL). The Hastings Ground Water Contamination Site consists of 21 OUs of which only OU02 and OU10 are being proposed for deletion. This partial deletion pertains to all media (soil and groundwater) of the North Landfill Subsite, OU02 and OU10, of the Hastings Ground Water Contamination Site. All response actions have been successfully completed at the North Landfill Subsite.
