Update to EPA Acquisition Policy (EPAAP) Section 52.2 Text of Provisions and Clauses

Modifying Local EPAAP Clause: EPA-H-11-104 Signing of Uniform Hazardous Wastes Manifests to include “and non-Superfund sites” in the current clause. We will also be adding "and Non-Hazardous Waste Manifests" to the title.
