Wagner Regulatory Associates, as part of Syntech Research Group, 7217 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707, requests to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of cinnamaldehyde (CAS No. 104-55-2) when used as a pesticide inert ingredient (preservative/stabilizer) in pesticide formulations under 40 CFR 180.910 not to exceed 100 ppm.
