Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule

This docket contains information for the TSCA 8 (d) proposed rule. This proposed rule is issued pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the TSCA section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting rule, which requires manufacturers (including importers) and processors of specific chemical substances to report certain copies and lists of unpublished health and safety studies to EPA.
