Implementing Statutory Addition of Certain Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) to the Toxics Release Inventory

This docket provides EPA actions and associated information to update the chemical list for the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) and the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA) to conform with additions to the chemical list by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (enacted on December 20, 2019).
