Single Source VOC RACT Order for Hutchinson Sealing Systems

EPA is proposing to approve a revision to the New Hampshire State Implementation Plan which involves an amendment to an existing volatile organic compound (VOC) Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) Order (ARD-11-001) to Hutchinson Sealing Systems, Inc. of Newfields, New Hampshire. This amendment incorporates the request to remove the catalytic oxidizer associated with Thermoplastic Extrusion Line #6 since the adhesive coating used in this process complies with the VOC content limit in Env-A 1220, Miscellaneous Industrial Adhesives.
