Approval and Promulgation of State Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants; West Virginia; Control of Emissions From Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve a revision to a Clean Air Act (CAA) section 111(d) plan (plan) submitted by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP). This revision updates the plan to include changes made to Emissions Guidelines and Compliance Times for municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills.
