Amendment to the State Operating Permit for Georgia-Pacific Big Island, LLC

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VADEQ), pertaining to limiting visibility impairing air emissions from the Georgia Pacific Big Island, LLC facility (GP Big Island) in Bedford County, VA.
