Delaware Excess Emission Provisions Pertaining to Periods of Startup, Shutdown and Malfunction Events

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve revisions to the state implementation plan submitted by the State of Delaware through the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control on February 3, 2025. The revision pertains to amendments to three Delaware regulations relating to periods of excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events.
