Air Plan Approval; Maryland; Reasonably Available Control Technology for Municipal Waste Combustors

The proposed revisions to the state implementation plan (SIP) were submitted by the State of Maryland on July 27, 2018 and July 17, 2020. The proposed revisions consists of consist of regulations that implement reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements by limiting air emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) for municipal waste combustors (MWCs) in Maryland.
