Tribal Minor NSR Permit Application for Lupton Facility

This notice announces that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 (EPA) issued a final decision on November 14, 2025, to issue, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA), a Tribal Minor New Source Review (NSR) permit to Lupton Petroleum Products for the Lupton Facility under the CAA’s Tribal Minor NSR Program. This permit authorizes the modification and operation of an existing transmix processing and bulk petroleum storage facility.
