Air Plan Approval; California; San Diego County Air Pollution Control District

This action is proposing an approval of San Diego County Air Pollution Control District Rule 69.7, Landfill Gas Flares. Rule 69.7 is designed to set NOx limitations for enclosed landfill gas flares. Rule 69.7 applies to all landfill gas flares at municipal solid waste landfills if their combined actual or potential emissions of NOx meet or exceed the federal major stationary source threshold.
