Air Plan Revisions; Arizona; Arizona Department of Environmental Quality; Gila County Reasonably Available Control Technology

The EPA is proposing to approve, under the Clean Air Act, revisions to the Arizona SIP addressing RACT requirements for the 2015 ozone NAAQS within the Gila County portion of the Phoenix-Mesa ozone nonattainment area, which is classified as Moderate. The ADEQ submitted negative declarations for all CTG documents and for major stationary sources of VOC and NOX. The EPA did not identify any sources that would be subject to RACT requirements.
