South Coast 2012 PM2.5 188(e)

The EPA is proposing to grant an extension of the "Serious" area attainment date for the Los Angeles-South Coast, California nonattainment area for the 2012 annual fine particulate matter (PM2.5) national ambient air quality standards from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2030, based on a proposed determination that the State has satisfied the statutory criteria for this extension.
