Fees for Commercial Driver’s License Information System

FMCSA proposes to implement a user fee as authorized by Congress in the “Strengthening the Commercial Driver’s License Information System Act.” This user fee would apply to users of the Commercial Driver’s License Information System (CDLIS) and would be collected by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), who operates and maintains CDLIS.
