Fisheries Off West Coast States; West Coast Salmon Fisheries; 2026 Specifications and Management Measures

Through this final rule, NMFS establishes fishery specifications and management measures for the 2026 ocean salmon fisheries off Washington, Oregon, and California and the 2027 salmon seasons opening earlier than the effective date of the 2027 rule, which is expected to be no later than May 16, 2026, under authority of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
