This action is to promulgate a direct final rule to amend the listing in 10 CFR 72.214, “List of approved spent fuel storage casks” to add Amendment No. 5 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1042 for NUHOMS EOS Dry Spent Fuel Storage System.
