List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Cask: Holtec UMAX Dry Spent Fuel Storage System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1040, Amendment No. 5

This action is to promulgate a direct final rule to amend the listing in 10 CFR 72.214, “List of approved spent fuel storage casks” to add Amendment No. 5 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1040 for Holtec UMAX Dry Spent Fuel Storage System. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to reflect internal organizational changes and make conforming amendments. This document is necessary to inform the public of these non-substantive amendments to the NRC’s regulations.
