Security Zone, Delaware River, Philadelphia, PA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for the protection of persons for whom the United States Secret Service (USSS) has requested protection while in Philadelphia, PA. This security zone will be enforced intermittently and only for the protection of USSS protectees when in the area and will restrict vessel traffic on the Delaware River while the zone is being enforced. This security zone will prohibit persons and vessels from entering, remaining or loitering within the security zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay or a designated representative.
