Safety Zone; Pacific Ocean, Ventura, CA

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within a 500-yard radius of salvage operations in the vicinity of Ventura, CA. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel and vessels from potential safety hazards during salvage actions of a capsized vessel. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Los Angeles-Long Beach.
