Security Zone; FLOTUS Visit, Milwaukee River, Milwaukee, WI

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for certain waters of the Milwaukee River near the Daniel W. Hoan Memorial Bridge (Highway 794 Bridge) in Milwaukee, WI. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters during a visit by the First Lady of the United States on May 31, 2024. This rule prohibits persons and vessels from being in the security zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan (COTP) or a designated representative.
