Safety Zone; City of Duluth Fourth Fest, Duluth, MN

The Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone for the Duluth Fourth Fest Fireworks Display from 9:30 p.m. through 11:00 p.m. on July 4, 2024, and in the case of inclement weather from 9:30 p.m. through 11:00 p.m. on July 5, 2024. This action is necessary to protect participants and spectators during the fireworks display taking place at 46°46′14″ N, 092°06′16″ W in the vicinity of Bayfront Park. During the enforcement period, entry into, transiting, or anchoring within the safety zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Duluth or designated on-scene representative.
