Description
The Coast Guard is establishing two temporary security zones, one on the navigable waters of the Harlem and East Rivers, New York, NY, and the other on the navigable waters of the Navesink River, Navesink, NJ. These security zones are needed to protect the persons under the protection of the United States Secret Service (USSS). Entry of vessels or persons into these zones is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port New York.
