Safety Zone; Biscayne Bay, Miami, FL

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters within Biscayne Bay in Miami, FL. This action is necessary to protect personnel and vessels on these navigable waters during the National Homeland Security Conference exercise. The temporary final rule prohibits persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Miami or a designated representative.
